REGISTRATION FAQ
Without registering, you will not access to the main part of this website, namely the Bad Tenants database. This information is kept from Public viewing, and is only available to registered members of this website.

Registration is not complicated, and the subscription price is not expensive (see below), so if you are a Landlord or Letting Agent, there is really no reason why you would not want to register - you never know when you might need its services.
Your information is kept in a secure database that can only be accessed purposes related to the functioning of this website. We do not share any of your information with third parties, and so you will not recieve any advertisements, phone-calls, spam email from other companies because of us.

The only information that is shown to others inside the site, is the "Display Name" that you can set. The display name can be the name of your Letting Agency, or your own name if you are a Landlord. Your real details, address, phone numbers and such are never displayed.
Simply put: It will cost you just £5 Per Year, regardless of how many times you use the site, or how many tenants you add. There are no hidden costs or extra charges - the price is merely so that we can maintain the server, and pay technicians their support fees etc.

Depending on various things, this price may increase in the future - however you will be notified if this does occur and will not be charged extra until the time comes to renew your subscription to the website.
We use PayPal for all of our transactions, as they are secure and well-known. To use Paypal you will need to setup a Paypal account - these are free of charge, and can be done by going to www.paypal.com and signing up.
Yes, your subscriptions are managed through Paypal, and so to cancel your subscription just login to your Paypal account and cancel the subscription with them.

Please Note: You will not recieve a refund for your last payment, your account will simply continue to be active until the current subscription ends. This is similar to the way mobile phone contracts work, etc.
